meet my puppies!

Thankfully I live in an apartment that allows dogs or else I would be out on the streets with my babies. With my boyfriend, we share two dogs. A cute Australian Shepherd and a Golden Retriever/German Sheperd mix. I got to pick our first dog so the Australian Shepherd is my baby boy. His name is Coco and he just turned 1 year old back in June! There he is pictured to the right, this was when he was around 6 months old.

We had just gone to a farmers market with him and he was very happy we were sitting because we were also feeding him some of the food we got. He is a spoiled little puppy who loves being pet and playing around in the dog park. He sheds a ton though and needs constant grooming but it is completely worth it to see his cute smile every day. 

I love my puppy with all my heart and enjoy watching him do tricks and behave nicely. We still have to work on not barking at things out the window but that will come later on! 

My boyfriend really wanted a bigger dog and since Coco is medium sized, we decided to get Nikita! That would be our mix puppy to the left. She is just a few months old and was recently added to our little family back at the beginning of June. That's the only good picture I have because she still doesn't sit well for very long. She is a cutie and has completely stolen my boyfriend's heart and is close to getting mine as well.

In the future, I will keep updating you guys on what tips and tricks I have for getting puppies to behave, etc. I am continuously learning with these two!
